Zeal must follow God’s revealed order
David sincerely wants to bring the ark to Jerusalem, but the first procession uses a new cart and ends with Uzzah’s death. Chronicles later explains the failure: Israel did not seek God after the due order. The second procession joins correct procedure with exuberant joy.
